Same-day booking is usually available, and the app shows live inventory. For rooms over ten people we recommend booking a few days ahead.
No. Meeting rooms are bookable on demand by anyone at participating locations. Members simply draw on their included credits first.
Every room has a display or projector, video-conferencing hardware compatible with the major platforms, secure Wi-Fi, and a whiteboard. On-site staff help you get connected.
Cancel or move a booking up to 24 hours ahead at no charge. Inside 24 hours the booking is billed in full.
